Program Policies

GUARANTEE / REFUNDS
As results are entirely dependent on actions taken by the participant, Amy Carr-Hilton and Empowered Pain Mastery offers no guarantee of results. In the case that a participant is physically unable to continue with any program purchased from Amy Carr-Hilton due to a medical reason, a request may be made for refund of the unused portion of the program.
On request for a refund the participant forfeits their right to continue in the program.

Requests for a refund on the unused portion of any program is the sole responsibility of the participant.

Any participant may choose to request a refund for the unused portion of any program purchased from Amy Carr-Hilton within these limits:

No holds and no refunds will be
awarded 31 days or longer after the date of registration for Empowered Pain Mastery. The participant must also show proof of having participated in all lessons, action tasks, practices, and group shares for the first 3 weeks of modules to qualify for a refund.

No holds and no refunds will be awarded 15 days or longer for Pain Healing Explorations.

No holds and no refunds will be awarded 8 days or longer for the Elements of CARE.

 

ACCESS TO PROGRAM CONTENT & MATERIALS
A registered participant in courses and programs purchased from Amy Carr-Hilton has access to the Content Hub, and all materials therein, for lifetime from the date of registration. If Amy Carr-Hilton should choose to close down any purchased programs she will email notification at least 30 days prior with access to download all course material. Weekly reminders to download the course material will be emailed until the date of course or program closure.

All downloaded materials are available to the participant for their ongoing personal use. Any links to additional content present in the downloaded materials is also for the ongoing personal use of
the participant.

Access to subscriptions, including but not limited to weekly live group meetups in THE SAFE & SORE ZONE, are available to the participant for as long as they have successful payments processed. Any subscription payment that is unsuccessful will result in access to the material and live meetups being denied. 

 

ACCESS TO THE PRIVATE COMMUNITY
The private Empowered Pain Mastery community includes ongoing support and communication from Amy Carr-Hilton and her associates, and communication among group
members. Access to support with questions and live streams of the weekly group Q&A
coaching sessions is available through the community.

The private Empowered Pain Mastery community is available to active participants in the program.

THE SAFE & SORE ZONE is a free community offering limited support and resources. There are free resources available to all who are signed up, and support will be offered to those who ask for it when Amy Carr-Hilton and associates have time outside of paying program participants needs and within business hours.

 

DECLINED PAYMENTS
Empowered Pain Mastery offers various payment plan options requiring the participant to agree to pre-authorized payments. If a payment is missed, the Client will have 5 business days to bring their account into good standing after the declined or missed payment. If the account is not
brought into good standing within 7 days, the Client’s Program will be put on hold and access will be denied until the account is brought into good standing. If the account remains in poor standing for a duration of more than 21 days, the Participant’s Program will be cancelled entirely, and no refund will be provided.
If successful payments are made the participant will continue to have access to the program material.

 

OFFICE HOURS & CUSTOMER SERVICE
Weekly coaching calls are accessed through the meetups in THE SAFE & SORE ZONE and are an additional fee, or offered as a bonus on registration to some programs.

Weekly meetups happen 3 out of every 4 weeks, dates of which are at the discretion of Amy Carr-Hilton. Dates and times of meetups can be found in meetups in THE SAFE & SORE ZONE. 

Days and hours of support communication are Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm PST/PDT. All email and group communication and customer support is restricted to this timeframe. All support questions can be sent to Amy Carr-Hilton through direct message in THE SAFE & SORE ZONE.
