And I help people eliminate chronic pain with a combination of mindfulness & movement practices and a healthy dose of pain brain education.

For years I worked as a manual therapist, feeling like my skillset was missing a key component necessary to healing chronic pain.
So I went and studied with some of the world's leaders in chronic pain research, education, and treatment.
Now I focus my efforts with chronic pain clients on teaching them the mind-body skills they need to heal their dysregulated nervous system.
So many other solutions out there are temporary, or mediocre at best. Maybe giving you a day or two of relief, but never actually teaching you the skills you need to change your life. 

All the other solutions out there assume you can't heal, and so they focus on managing your symptoms.

My strategy assumes you have the power to heal yourself (because you do!) and focuses on healing your nervous system to ELIMINATE unnecessary pain.
